”Keep Your Dreams Alive…”

I am very lucky to have such wonderful people in my life and now I can achieve my dreams and do what I really wanted to do. Finally there is a nice space available where  I can visualise my ideas and thoughts.

I have tried many different experiments while studying Contemporary Art and I went trough a really hard and interesting journey so far: builded up experience, tried to understand who I am and what is that what I want to do. Tried painting, sculpture making, also many different things but I never felt fulfilled. There has been a strange feeling that something is wrong, I kept searching and searching for missing pieces of puzzle. Until one day my digital media teacher saw my photographs. She inspired me to keep doing what I love most and I think, this time I finally feel I am on the right way.

Now I have many plans and loads of dreams. I need to keep pushing myself harder, never stop doing what I like. I remember when I discovered photography, it was eight years ago, I had butterflies in my belly, I fell in love physically and I am still in love. It’s a passion, it’s more than just a work or a hobby. In photography I can use so many things, I can paint, I can make sculptures, I can create installations. Photography for me is the best medium as it allows to be free.

Today I had wonderful, experimental and fun photo session with my friend Sharon and my daughter Anna. I had one flash and umbrella, and a reflector. The room where we worked is spacious. There is a small stage and white walls which is very good. Hopefully I will be allowed to work here again.

Reminding myself, “Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”
